TCRU, also deployed a Black CAT Radar to verify and assess speeds at both locations. Data from the 16300 block of 104 avenue showed that 29.2 % of vehicles had travelled over the posted 50 km/hr speed limit, which resulted in a “Medium” enforcement rating.
